PROJECT ENGINEER

The successful candidate will be the main interface between customers, suppliers and colleagues, with functional responsibility for the successful realisation of our projects, exceeding customer expectations whilst delivering our contractual requirements worldwide. 

The incumbent will participate in all phases of our projects from sales, design & specification to procurement, installation, commissioning and handover.  The position calls for a broad theoretical and practical knowledge of mechanical/electrical design and manufacture.  Experience in special purpose machinery would be an advantage.

3D DESIGN ENGINEER 

Verifying current data and designs, the incumbent will be responsible for the design and development of our commercial vehicle washing equipment.  Producing 3D models using Solidworks, the role will require the production of all necessary drawings, from GA’s to fully detailed parts drawings as well as some 2D output. 

Experienced in the selection of appropriate equipment, materials and processes, the successful candidate will ensure the quality of our products and design data provide technical advice and information, whilst identifying relevant technical issues and opportunities for value engineering. The management of Bills Of Materials across Solidworks and our AS400 system is a critical function of the role, as is the control of drawings released for production/purchasing.

SERVICE ENGINEERS REQUIRED THROUGHOUT THE UK

Due to an ever increasing order book Britain's leading manufacturer of automated vehicle washing systems for both road and rail is looking to increase its product support and installation workforce. Working from home, the successful candidates would be expected to provide support for existing customers and to assist in the installation of new equipment, both locally and through out the UK and abroad.

Whilst experience in vehicle washing equipment is not necessary, an understanding of electrics, PLC controls, hydraulics and compressed air is required, together with a "can do" attitude, and the ability to work alone or as part of a team.

Salary plus overtime will be commensurate with experience, company vehicle, pension, private healthcare ,tools and PPE all provided.

Successful candidates will be expected to undergo suitable training for IPAF, PASMA and PTS certificates, as well as product based training.
