PROJECT ENGINEER The successful candidate will be the main interface between customers, suppliers and colleagues, with functional responsibility for the successful realisation of our projects, exceeding customer expectations whilst delivering our contractual requirements worldwide. The incumbent will participate in all phases of our projects from sales, design & specification to procurement, installation, commissioning and handover. The position calls for a broad theoretical and practical knowledge of mechanical/electrical design and manufacture. Experience in special purpose machinery would be an advantage. The ideal applicant will have a HND or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, experience of AutoCAD (3D Solidworks would be advantageous) and must be computer literate in all MS Office products and MS Project.

3D DESIGN ENGINEER Verifying current data and designs, the incumbent will be responsible for the design and development of our commercial vehicle washing equipment. Producing 3D models using Solidworks, the role will require the production of all necessary drawings, from GA’s to fully detailed parts drawings as well as some 2D output. Experienced in the selection of appropriate equipment, materials and processes, the successful candidate will ensure the quality of our products and design data provide technical advice and information, whilst identifying relevant technical issues and opportunities for value engineering. The management of Bills Of Materials across Solidworks and our AS400 system is a critical function of the role, as is the control of drawings released for production/purchasing.
