Other Vehicle Washing Products

SMITH BROS & WEBB LIMITED also manufacture a number of other wash systems under the Britannia brand to best suit user requirements.  These include: Spray, S.A., and Chassismaster, etc.

Spray - Excels in the cleansing of irregularly shaped vehicles such as tankers and refuse trucks.  The chemical cleaning agent is sprayed onto the vehicle as it passes through the chemical arch.  After a short dwell time to allow the chemical to mix with and loosen the dirt, the vehicle is thoroughly rinsed as it drives out through the rinse arch.

The key benefit is that this is a simple, highly efficient, fully automatic system that is easily maintained and has few working parts to go wrong, plus, installation is uncomplicated calling for minimum site preparation.

S.A. - If you run a mixed fleet, then the addition of the S.A. (two swing arm brushes) will provide an incredibly versatile machine capable of washing all regular shaped vehicles as well, such as: cars, vans, light trucks, H.G.V.'s.

Capital costs for the Spray/S.A. are modest and operating costs are low.

Chassismaster - A highly effective cold water chassis cleaning system.  The Chassismaster is a fully automatic under vehicle cleaning system for all passenger carrying and commercial vehicles.  A high standard of cleaning is achieved from the powerful spray which removes accumulated dirt and grease.  The unique cleaning spray head movement combines full vehicle width cover with fore and aft oscillation to penetrate all areas of the chassis.

Operation is simple.  After positioning the vehicle in the wash bay, the operator determines the vehicle length from floor mounted metal numbers, presses the matching vehicle length switch and the start button.
